How do I book a self-drive car?

You can book in three ways: WhatsApp (fastest), the short online form on the booking page, or by calling us directly. WhatsApp bookings are usually confirmed in under 30 seconds.

Can I book through WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp is our preferred and fastest booking method. Send your pickup date, time and preferred vehicle and we confirm availability in under a minute.

Is fuel included in the rental price?

Fuel is not included. You receive the car with a certain fuel level and should return it with the same level, so you only pay for the fuel you actually use.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Pricing is transparent and includes 400 km per day, insurance and 24/7 support. Any extra kilometre or special charges are clearly communicated in advance.

Is kilometre usage unlimited?

No. Every booking includes 400 km per day. Extra kilometres are billed transparently as per the class-wise pricing shared with you before you confirm.

Where is the pickup point?

Our main pickup point is in Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru. We also offer free doorstep delivery within the Koramangala area.

Is doorstep delivery available?

Yes. Doorstep delivery and pickup are available free within Koramangala. For locations outside Koramangala, a small delivery fee may apply.

What documents are needed to rent a car?

You need a valid original driving licence and one government ID such as Aadhaar, PAN or Passport for quick verification at pickup.

Is a security deposit required?

For verified users there is no separate cash security deposit. An advance payment and basic document verification are required before pickup.

What does the insurance cover?

All cars come with comprehensive insurance that covers third-party liability and damage protection, subject to policy terms shared with you at booking.

What if the car gets damaged during my trip?

In case of an accident or damage, contact us immediately. Insurance covers most major incidents, but for scratches, dents or damage due to negligence, repair costs may be charged.

Is roadside assistance available?

Yes. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. For issues like flat tyres, battery problems or breakdowns, call or WhatsApp us and our team will assist you.

Please read these terms carefully before booking. By renting a vehicle, you agree to all conditions below.

Advance Payment OR Vehicle Deposit

To book a vehicle, you need ₹6,000 advance payment OR two-wheeler RC as deposit. Any one is required.

Non-Refundable Advance

Advance amount is NOT refundable after payment. Please be certain before booking.

No Drinking & Driving

Strictly prohibited. Don't drink and drive inside the car. Zero tolerance policy.

Balance Payment at Pickup

The remaining full amount will have to be cleared when the vehicle is picked up.

Required Documents at Pickup

Bring Original Driving Licence and PAN Card / Aadhar Card (any one ID proof required).

Damage Liability

If there is any scratches, dent or damage to the vehicle, you will have to pay immediately.

Speed Limit: 100 km/h

If you go above 100 km/h, there will be a charge of ₹1,000 for each speed violation. GPS tracking is enabled on all vehicles.
